It's Monday…

Monday is the start to my week, the first day of work, the first day of school, the first day of appointments. Sometimes on Mondays I am tempted to sleep in and enjoy those last few minutes of peace and quiet before my house turns into a daycare. However, I am proud to say that this Monday morning I was up at 5am (well actually 4:30 if you count feeding the baby) and at the gym by 5:30am to work out with a friend.

The other part of Monday is menu planning and with that said here is my menu’s for the week…


Monday

Breakfast: Pancakes, Fruit, Milk

Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad

Dinner: Chili Dogs, Green Beans (yes, not the healthiest but one my husband likes so we do it every 6 months or so)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Cereal, Milk, Juice

Lunch: Chili Dogs, Green Beans, Fruit

Dinner: Bean Soup (this will come out of my freezer meal stock pile), Biscuits

Wednesday

Breakfast: Muffins

Lunch: Meat Sandwiches, Fruit, Carrots

Dinner: Beef & Barley Soup (I will use this for my freezer meals), Rolls

Thursday

Breakfast: Sticky Buns, Fruit, Milk

Lunch: Beef & Barley Soup, Rolls, Fruit

Dinner: Roast, Acorn Squash

Friday

Breakfast: Cereal, Milk, Juice

Lunch: Roast, Mixed Veggies, Fruit, Milk

Dinner: Chicken & Broccoli Casserole, Corn

Saturday

Breakfast: Cereal

Lunch: Leftovers

Dinner: We will be visiting my Mom for dinner
